This was my second E mail after countless calls to the reloadit customer service department.  (with modifications as required by this site)And after talking to Ryan in your  "risk department" today.  On 2-4 I purchased and went on your reloadit web site and attempted to load it on to my visa as I had done previously doing exactly has I did dozens of time before. Took a few times to load as it has done before.  But when I checked my visa no money. Tried to call the customer service it said it was reloaded.  Called again the next day got a real person after figuring out you had to make 3 attempts to put in the card number then it would send you to wait for a customer service rep. called on 2-4, 2-5,2-6,2-9, 2-11, 2-15,2-17,  on 2-5 sent all copies of purchase, reloadit card, wait 3-5 business days it's being looked into, it's gone to the risk department.  

Yes we saw where it was attempted to be loaded but it was put on another card not mine. Yesterday I received a call but it was fast and difficult to understand I called back no one answered left a message. Today 2-19 I called again was told by Ryan at a San Jose CA number he said I had used my card not on their website but on a fraudulent one.  And I was out my $500 dollars I said no I did it just as I had before. I asked him how he knew that that  provide me with proof. He could provide no proof he said.  After arguing with him I told him I was calling my local police department here in Tracy, Ca.

I gave them copies of all my information.  I also then called visa only1 to cancel my card which had to be canceled as I had to give a record of my current balance and past history.  The gentleman who canceled my card said If they saw the reload I was on the correct site.  So that brings me to my reason for this email I am pursuing this I have made a police report they will be contacting you.  I will be contacting consumer affairs, my local television station that does those consumer spots where they help you with a problem, and if I don't receive my money back in the form of a check I will take you to court. End of email  As of today's date 3/3 no contact from Blackhawk who owns reload it.  Don't buy these cards also watch out for other Gift cards Go to their parent web site boycott their products.  Tell everyone I have found other people on line who had same thing happen to them.  Deb
