If you don't like to be scammed out of your money, rent and deposits do not rent in North Bay Village or Miami Beach from the said company or "landlord"
If you don't like roaches, ants, spiders, other critters that you can't recognize, loud neighbors, tresspassers, a landlord who refuses to fix things and yells and curses at you. Dogs pooing in your yard, leaks from the windows that will come through your floors then do not rent here at $1600 Oh I forgot to mention the rotten moldy cabinets under the sink and moldy walls in the bedroom.
These people are scam artists, numerous people have lived in #5 in a short period of time and not all because of the tenants.
The landlord rented to drug addicts, and does not run a background check that she charges $30 for.
I wish someone would have posted this before I moved in but I hope I can help all of you trying to rent on S. Treasure Dr NBV 33141 at the small yellow building next to the open lot on beautiful biscayne bay.
If you don't believe me please check with the local police. You just have to tell them the address and they will advise againt it too.
Unfortunately this company has scammed many tennants and unfortunately they were not smart enough to file complaints and file not only to help themselves but to help others who will fall into the same trap.
This woman is a liar and only visits when she needs the rent money.
