ReMax Gold, Kyle Kidder & Christine Antonino dirty ripoff liars who call themselves "Realtors" work along with Re Max Gold dirty ripoff liars rip-off scam dirt bags Fair Oaks California
I am a single hard working woman, who went online looking for a realtor to help me with purchasing a home. Unfotunatley I hooked up with the couple named in my report and sent them a email stating I was looking for a buyers agent and I had already been pre qualified by a mortgage company.
They lied about everything and slow played me on the paperwork up until 10 or so before escrow was to close,at which time I recinded my offer.
These are only some of the reasons I chose to do so. The house had back taxes\lien on it. It had termites and a contract for monthly pest control service for 12 mos. ($48.00 mo. and $100.00 set up fee ) but according to Kyle and Chritine I would not have to pay for. Two cracks in the foundation running from one side to the other a bad roof broken windows but they assured me all of this would be corrected because the house wouldnt pass inspection if it had not.
My mother who was only going to cosign for me if neccesary ,was asked to sign the loan application and all the other disclosures etc. nameing her disabled husband as primary and her co-borrower and my name not on them at all. These papers also said they were going to be living in the home as their primary residence ( they live in Oregon) More lies.
The monthly Loan payment of $650.00 I agreed upon prior to and through out the loan process with the lender was exceeded by about $250.00 on the paperwork they asked my mom to sign. I never got a copy.
They kept my $500.00 good faith deposit and allowed the seller to build a fence with it. Thre is more and it gets uglyier, but thats enough to give you an idea of those thieving, dirt bag pair of realtors (who live together and work out of their home) and live well off of money they stole from people like me with my little $100,000.00 looking for my dream house and not knowing what a major purchase of a homes involves .
Had I continued to listen to thier excuses and lies I would be the proud new owner of a piece of ---- and out $100,000.00.

I am single hard working woman too, with very simular story, but with much hire damages. I would think , it shoud be much simple way to not only report rip off, but actually to do something about it. My atorney say we can try for big $$$. Does anobody care that proffissional frouds continue to walk, and to do their dirty job, and actuall get away with this, just because poor people do not have enougth money to take them to court.
