If you have choose Cathy Rickards, remember to pick your own home inspector, be present when Home Inspection is being performed and ask lots of questions. If you have to call another realtor to check answers than do it!.
I did not have the opporturnity to pick or be present during my home inspection and the guy falsified many items on that report. To say the least, I go screwed!
I have been fixing her mistakes eversince. She is only thinking of herself!!!
