Renew Derma Misleading!!!! Internet
I ordered a free trial from Renew Derma for the Derma only 2weeks ago. I received the Derma in addition to the Derma Eye cream, which I did not sign up to receive. When I realized the eye cream was added to my order it would not let me back arrow to delete the eye cream. Yesterday they charged my Credit Card for two transactions at $87.47 each. I was never was told I would be charged this amount. I immediately called the number listed on my bank statement. Of course, they were so busy that they offered to call me back at a later time. They did call me back within an hour. I explained to the representative that I did not authorize my credit card to be charged for the products. She immediately asked me if I read the ordering statement listed on the Internet when I placed the order. I told her I didn't recall seeing any ordering instructions. She said it was there; probably in very small print!!!! This company is a scam! They are so misleading in their advertisement. I do not recommend anyone patronizing Renew Derma.
