When on the internet a pop up comes up showing this product showing it as a product the Shark Tank tv show. It leads you to believe you are are buying samplws of the products.  The two products are from same company  but they make it look like it is different companies.

I think I am buying samples to try so I give Credit Card to pay S/H.  Of course someplace in a place that you are not aware of there is their own little words that most people do not read. I placed the order on March 31st and a couple of days later got very sick. The order came in was left in the box unopened.  On April  14th still sick but had to go into my bank account to pay bills when I noticed 2 charges totalling 178.05 with previous charges makes the total 190.01.

When I saw the charges I called the company thinking they had done another shipment I canceled at that time. I waited a few days thinking I would get the shipment which I would return.  When I didn't get anything else I called the number on my bank statement to get a refund. The first lady had me on hold then had to transfer me to someone else. When I explained the situation the lady was rude and couldn't find my order that I would have to find the order number.  This whole time I was sick trying to deal with this and for those people to be rude. The problem is that they put your account under a phone that you ordered the products from. I ordered online so I don't know how they put that in.

When I could finally get the order numbers and called back to be told rudely again that I had 14 days to return the product or sample as I thought that you get chaged the full amount. Because I called back in 17 days that I am out of luck. I have not opened this product.  It is interesting that on the first couple of calls I made to them nothing was said about the 14 days or that they weren't samples. I was told that when I provided the order numbers even though I explained the situation to the couple of their reps when I called

The worst part is what if you had not received  the order for a couple of weeks you would be charged for something you don't have. 

Don't order things on these pop up websites.
