HI, My name is Michelle and not only the store I worked for but all the stores in our area know Brian as well. My experience with him was an interesting one but impressive. We have on several times given into his ridicules demands just to shut him up. The man came in and publicly told us from his experience; if you complain online to Applebee's they will send you a 25 dollar gift card. After saying he had never stepped into a Applebee's himself. Who is the rip off? A lot of equipment no matter the quality will break down if misused. For example going on porn sites with a computer will open it up to viruses and hackers. This isn't our problem but we will in fact take it and repair the damage created by the customers. If you are using any electronic device for multiple hours it will heat up and get warm go read a book!! Furthermore, the rent to own industry is hard to keep afloat. We survive on customer satisfaction. Mike is an excellent manager who I am happy to have had the privilege of working under. He and his staff have worked hard and succeeded tremendously. I highly doubt that a manager and staff at this store would have done you so wrong. Brian, I propose to you that if you do not like Rent a center and we have all done you so terribly wrong then return all our merchandise and go to one of our competitors or save your money and go buy it at Circuit City or Walmart. See how they deal with your ridiculous complaints and threats. I am sure we will be hearing from you yet again about them in a few months. The fact is Rent A Center provides high quality items to a customer base that for one reason or another can't buy out right or put it on a credit card.

I agree with you that that TV does need a remote control with it. The manager shouldn't have a problem getting this for you, however it may take 2-3 weeks to obtain from the supplier. As for the items with an X-Box Core system, you should have the following items: 1. The game unit of course 2. The power unit 3. Video cord that goes from the XBox to the TV 4. Two wired controllers 5. One video game (probably the race car game) 6. The memory stick. Nothing more, nothing less.
