Hi,
I use to be a customer until one of the workers came to my house.
He came out I answered the door he demanded to come in well unfortunately I would not let him.
He cussed me out then i asked him to leave he would not leave told me he would call law on me if I did not let him in my home.
I asked him to leave again then he hit me in face then I pushed him amost off my pourch.
I got told I can not do anything about it please let me know if I can because my kids seen this happen.

i read your comment and you say rac employees arent abusive verbally i call bs because the one in florida on s orange blossom trail has told me "your busting my b**** " and another one that came to me house said well be back tommorrow b*tch and that recorded so i find it hard to believe that rac employees are abusive in the vehal sence

I M AN EMPLOYEE WITH RENT A CENTER AND FEEL THAT THIS IS TOTALLY BOGUS. COMPANY POLICY IS NEVER VERBALLY OR PHYSICALLY ASSAULT A CUSTOMER. IF A SITUATION ESCALATES WE ARE TO LEAVE IMMEDIATLY, UNLESS IT IS UNSAFE TO DO SO. THEN THE LAW IS CALLED. SO I FEEL THAT EITHER THIS IS A ROGUE EMPLOYEE, OR RATHER MORE LIKELY, THIS STORY IS MADE UP FOR A LOW LIFE TO MAKE A QUICK BUCK. SORRY FOR THE CAPS. MY KEYBOARD IS BROKEN

First, exactly how far behind on YOUR payments are YOU? That is the ONLY reason they would send someone to your home. Im sure it makes YOU feel better to fake a story here, but there is a reality here that YOU are ignoring in favor of playing the best victim possible. If YOU were indeed struck, why did you not call the police and have that person arrested?? THAT is assault. So odds are that they ASKED to come into YOUR HOME to check on THIER PROPERTY, YOU for whatever reason scammer such as yourself had, YOU refuse entry. So YOU probably have sold or in essence STOLEN the property and YOU don't want them to see this. When they insist on seeing THIER property, YOU try and PUSH them off of your stoop. If YOU touched them they have EVERY right to defend themselves, just as YOU had every right to call the police and have this person arrested. YOUR CHILDREN are NOT credible witnesses. YOU will coach them on what to say. Thankfully children cant think that fast on their feet and when pressed the REAL truth will surface. If YOU are going to fabricate a story make sure there isn't as many holes as the FIRST version YOU have posted. Thankfully THEY have a legal remedy for people such as yourself who THINKS they are 100% safe making a slanderous and defaming post online. With JUST a court order THEY can PROVE YOU wrote it.
