thats why you read the Entire contact! and make them explain it to you in full. if they do not then its to good to be true. remember were rented the play station 2 from. they jack th price up well over 200% to make a high over head on something that cost 200$ in the store. if you add your payments up for that year you paid on it the cost is double:( i got them for fraud with the local District Attorney's office. thEY offered me a bed room set told me everyting was new and charged me as it was **NEW** come to find out the mattress set was very used. and the tag was missing off the side of the mattress, and the dressers had all kinds of scuff marks on it! when i asked about the marks the guy at The local RAC said ohh probly done by the delivery guys. i said nope these look old very old. now where is the set i had picked out here that was new? and the matress set did not have factory plastic wrap on it like the set at store/ he says owe we remove that befor we deliver it. i said yep sure, your contract stated new i was billed for new items and i got all used stuff. i called the District Attorney's office and they provided a phone number to file a complaint. i did and it was proven they replaced the items with used stuff, and the new set was a *BAIT AND SWITCH SET* TO GET CUSTOMERS TO BUY IT/RENT IT. AND YOU GET A USED SET THEY DO NOT SHOW THEY HAVE AT ANOTHER STORE. THERE IS A ID TAG ON BACK OF BOTH DRESSERS AND THEY DO NOT MATCH WHAT THE CONTRACT SAYS, AND THE ONES THAT DO MATCH WAS AT THE STORE GO FIGURE! SO THEY PRETTY MUCH GAVE ME THE BED ROOM SET BUT THE TOOK THE USED MATTRESS SET AND REPLACED IT WITH THE NEW SET. THEY DID THIS TO PROTECT THERE SELF AND AVOID Criminal Prosecution DUE TO THEY COMMITTED consumer fraud.
