Unfortuately I am going through something similar. I never even got a copy of my contract. I dont know how Texas works, but in Calif. where I live, they can NOT enfore payment if you dont have SIGNED copies. Same signatures on every copy, the stores and yours. If your copies are NOT signed, they may not be binding. Tell them you are holding your payments pending an investigation into your account as to WHY your copies DO NOT have a signature. Then look into Texas laws about Rent to own/leasing laws from rental stores. See what it states about contracts. Our situation has a couple of problems, we didnt get a copy of our contract, and in the contract it states the merchandise is new. It wasnt, it was used. After having our acct. investigated, it was discovered it was used and we had been paying for it as new. For over a year. They just informed us that it is paid off, but never mentioned anything about reimbursing us the money we overpaid. So you need to send them a letter in the mail, telling them you would like this looked into, why you dont have signed copies, and in the mean time look into the Renting/leasing from rent to own stores laws in Texas. I wish you luck!
