Hello, I usually don't go on and post rebuttals to posts like this but this is completely out of hand. We are a company that has been doing business online for over 11 years. We have phone support and live chat support during business hours, and fast email support. I remember speaking with this person on the phone early this morning. Before I even finished greeting him, he started in a very abrupt in crude manner. All he had to say was, "@#$%^ I want a refund". I asked him if he could provide me with a user name so that I can pull up his advertiser account. He would not give any information, his name, username, etc.. I could not help this person, if he was not willing to give me any of his account details. He kept cursing at me and then hung up the phone. As a customer care policy, we provide refunds. At the same time, we have also fired many clients who are cluless and extremely difficult to work with. I can provide Print Screen copy of this person's stats -- If only I knew who he was. I checked our customer list for "Irshkur" and came up with nothing. Irshkur (or whatever your name is) - If you had successful business where you put your sweat and blood in to it -- every day, you wouldn't do such a 'cawordly' thing like this -- lies.
