Be aware of this company! Its sounds like another typical Las Vegas boiler room operation feeding on the hardships of other. We had a call from one of their reps his name was Todd. He gave us a pitch about how this site, rentalforeclosure.com is getting over a million hits

a month and most of them are buyers and sellers and renters that are looking for a local real estate agent or lender to help them buy a property.THESE GUYS ARE YOUR TYPICAL VEGAS PREDATORS

Sure this site has had a little local news coverage about the foreclosure problem but it's not what it appears to be. Sure they're getting hits and views but that's about all. This Todd rep was one of those fast talking telemarketers, he told us that some of the counties in California are getting over 100,000 unique hits from renters looking for local

companies. We asked him how many hits were the providers that were on the site have been getting. He didn't know and got all tongue tied. We told him we were not interested

We took it upon ourselves to call some of the companies that had paid to advertise on their website. We called about 12 companies (real estate, mortgage, insurance) in various counties of California and Arizona. Not one of them have received a call or any type of inquiry and were

not happy. They too were told that thousands and thousands of renters are looking for their type of services.

If you get a call from one of these lying jerks, hang up. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! If you want to use a good service that's been around awhile and is legitimate go to www.realtytrack.com. You can find foreclosed property and much more substantial information.

Unlike the original poster, I actually advertise on the site she talking about. I'm a Realtor in southern California. I like the exposure that I get from the site and I've even got a few new customers directly from it. Now the guilty part, I have had calls from a couple of other people (even one from an agent in my own office) asking about the advertising on this site and I told them it was no good. I was being completely selfish, I like advertising on this site and I don't want anyone else advertising on there that maybe competing with me for business, so I lied. So the moral of my story is, don't call me asking for good ways to complete with me!

Thank you Katherine for your constructive comments. Just so there's no confusion, www.rentalforeclosure.com is a FREE resource for renters to use to find out if their landlord may be facing foreclosure. We do not charge renters for this service. We have, as you mentioned, been featured in many news stories highlighting our service to tenants and because of that exposure we receive 100's of thousands of visitors to our site monthly. Our website is supported by sponsor/advertisers who pay to advertise their services to the users of our site. It is unfortunate that you chose to determine the value of advertising on our site without actually being an advertiser. Hopefully this report is not just an attempt to promote another company at our expense.
