Rentway ripoff computer soft ware ownership of computer Nashville Tennessee
Rent to own computer. Restore software and ownership were suppose to be turn over at end of lease or early payoff.That was FEB. 2003 When final payment was made I asked about my software. Manager said they didn't have anymore DUH..Why were they not put in a file like a car title or any other ownership papers So here it is 6 months later the P.C. manufacture ( who shall remane nameless ) tells me that the computer is still regestered to Rentway.
And that they can't give me any help with my P.C. Until rentway say's its mine and I have the software to restore it or what ever problems I might have ........ and I might add that it has free maintance until 2004 but that doesn't do me any good. And yes I have called an e-mail the head office and gotten no reply. So what eles can I do becides slam them on the net.

I bought a 27" RCA color television from rentway in Tulsa,Oklahoma and they were supposed to give me some paperwork but I have never received any of them and it has been over a month.And I thought when you buy something the paperwork comes with it and they have put rent way's name in everything on the side I cannot get it off So why cant somebody contact the managers from the store in Tulsa and get them on the ball? All I have is the release agreement and a receipt where it has been paid for. We have NO books or paperwork that tells you how to set it, or if something happens we can reset anything on it. SO what good is something if you dont have the instruction booklets???
