We also answered a Craig's List advertisement in November placed by Gary Dambach. We did property preservation in the Tampa, Florida area by signing on to the First American Field Services website.

We spent our money on materials and labor and have never received one cent from Dambach. In the beginning, the checks were in the mail.

Then he was going to deliver them in person while here for the Super Bowl. He kept scheduling meetings for the next day. We never did meet with him. Suddenly he would not answer his cell phone and no one ever answered the business phone.

I called him from a telephone number he did not have for us. He answered, made more excuses and promised to call back.

Call after call yielded no response from Dambach. I finally left a message stating I was going to contact the Mortgage Banks and First American Field Services.

A couple of hours later, I logged on to the First American site. Some jobs completed by our company were suddenly modified. Many of the photos and data we had entered had been replaced.

I contacted First American Field Services. They have a serious problem with returning calls. As another victim stated, First American never returned my calls.

With the assistance of one of the banks, I finally received a call from First American Field Services. FAFS is once again not returning calls and nothing has been resolved.

I have already filed my complaint against all involved parties via this website and filing legal action against REO and Digital Properties who subcontracted my services, yet have never paid for services rendered. I care not what their problems or issues are for not paying. They got paid by their clients and kept the money they should have paid to all their subcontractors, therefore they will receive no mercy. I'm going for the juggler folks, we can not have people ripping off hardworking honest folks and think they can slither into the darkness with our money. Watch out boys! I'm coming after you! You can run, but you cannot hide. Karma's got your scent and she is coming after you!

I finally met with Gary Dambach in Safety Harbor, Florida, Friday February 27, 2009. While on the phone setting this meeting, Dambach began telling me he had some problems with First American Field Services. This is the very first time Dambach ever mentioned any issues with FAFS. He do know I had been talking with FAFS for several weeks. They were not shy about stating they had problems with Dambach and had terminated their relationship with him and had paid him out so they had no money to pay me. I had just finished a telecom update with Chuck from FAFS when I finally reached Dambach. I offered to have Chuck fly into Tampa and meet with Dambach and me. I would pay all of Chuck's expenses to fly into Tampa and meet with us both. It would not cost Dambach a dime. Then we could resolve these problems that had suddenly surfaced. Dambach declined my offer. I told Dambach my attorney working on this matter and asked how to contact his attorney. Again he declined. I don't know about you Texas Rebuttal, but my attorney always wants to correspond directly with other attorneys involved in a situation. I spent an hour and one-half with Dambach listening to him tell me how he had just purchased a 7000 square feet home in Clearwater for $375,000 on a short sale. He also asked if was interested in purchasing a condo from him he had paid $18,000 on a short sale. He then asked for an email address to send me a list of all the properties he had recently purchased in the Tampa area to see if I might be interested in purchasing any of them. Never once did he dispute he owed me money. Not once has he ever told me he had attorneys working on any issue with FAFS. Until this meeting, everything was great and the check was always "in the mail". I left the meeting without one penny. Dambach's excuse this time was he could not sign a check on his own company. Only his brother Todd could sign checks. "Fine, Todd lives here. Let's go get the check", I responded. Gary said Todd was out of town but would be back that evening. Attempting to be even more convincing, he called Todd to confirm he would be back that evening. Dambach promised to meet with me on Saturday to give me the check. I have not seen Dambach since the Friday meeting nor have seen a check. Dambach was supposed to meet with us Super Bowl week. Suddenly he would not return calls. When we finally reached him, he claimed he had left Florida due to a personal emergency two days before the Super Bowl. Yet there he is on Facebook at the Super Bowl. The rebuttal from Texas says it is all FAFS's fault. Do the math folks. Dambach paid $375k for a house. Dambach also paid $18k for a condo. Go to Facebook and there Gary Dambach is at the Super Bowl in Tampa when he claimed he did not give us our check because he had to leave for an emergency. He can do all these things but he can't pay anyone a single penny of the money he owes them? Come on Texas Rebuttal! Think about it! What criminal have you ever seen that does not claim to be an innocent victim? Is First American Field Services also to blame? Of course they are. But whatever FAFS is doing does not excuse REO Property Solutions a.k.a. Gary Dambach from his obligations. Texas Rebuttal, if you working for Dambach and/or First American Field Services I suggest you run in the opposite direction as though you are competing in the Olympics. When you stop running, check your pockets.
