After having a lot of patience I believe it is time to write a complaint about this fraud site which the only thing it does its steal from its clients. I am going to be very straight forward and honest 100% in what I write. I am even going to post conversations over their live support option on their site, from my side and their side so that everyone can see what a bunch of thieves and liers they are. I have actually ordered a few watches through them, about 5, out of the 5 I have only received 3. One of them, which cost about 350 $ arrived with an empty box and the other just wasn't received.

Regarding the first order we have two options, one is that the box was sent without a watch and the other that the postman must have stolen it along the way and did the trick to us(since when the package arrived it was all perfectly sealed so I signed the package arrival without checking). they take no responsability whatsoever, i actually believe they sent and empty box.

The second order order has not even got to its destination.

This is what they actually state in www.replicaexpert.us.

So, a buyer, before purchasing through them will think after reading this comment, that orders are kind of insured in case that something happens. As we all know, and they know, selling & purchasing replica watches is not the most legal thing and these kind of SITUATIONS ARE BOUND TO HAPPEN, so from their side they should at all times assume the risk of loss or theft.

Regarding first watch they state that it is of our own risk to sign the package when arrival and not checking its content, which I thought FAIR ENOUGH. Now, when the s**t has really hit the fan has been with the second order, the watch has never arrived and when I actually demand to know what is going on this is what they reply.

my local customs house is 6 hours away, why did this not happen with the other watches??? what now? i am not going all the way to Madrid to collectct the watch

i still havent received the pasha cartier i ordered, it says it arrived customs the 14th of February, its been 10 days and still no news. i made the order like a month ago?? whats going on???

This is just a fraction of what I have gone through with this website. Do us a favour and don't purchase through them!!! Out of 5 watches ordered, 2 just did not arrive, two were broken and 1 was ok!! Thank god for that, one was actually ok. they are very quick for charging your credit card but when it comes to customer service its more of a laugh on your face than anything else.

PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM, IT'S A FRAUD COMPANY. The first order does actually arrive on time, but after that its all a constant war for customer right, don't let this happen to you!!!
