My husband found this website listing BULLBOXER mens black leather boots for sale at $75USD; the shipping charge was $10; orderd on 1/15/2019
The USPS tracking number indicated they were coming from China (first red alert)
Shoes delivered on 2/6/2019; they were cloth slip ons in a bag
Credit card was charged $97 plus $2 in foreign exchange fees; the charge was sent in Chinese currency (second red alert)
Contacted company via email since that is the only way you can contact them.
They apologized and would check into it. Said their delivery dept shipped the right item, but the express company made a mistake (2/12/19)
Then they sent another email asking us to purchase the item again at 30% off (2/16/19)
I emailed asking for clarification; they wrote back on 2/17/19
"We mean that we will give you 30% off to your new order. OK?
You can trust us. We will send you 100% correct item to you."
I wrote back, refund my money. 2/23/2019
They sent a email with a tracking number like they sent another package. This tracking number was the original tracking number.
I wrote back and said refund my money 2/23/19
I wrote back again on 2/26/19 to inquire about the status
No response. I have contacted the credit card company to dispute the charge.
After reviewing their site tonight, I see they have no physcial address or phone numbers listed.
Their "social media" images all link back to their website and go nowhere. (another red alert)
They list all these bullboxer shoes for men, women and kids. I can't believe anyone is getting the correct items.
