Reservation Rewards ripoff Norwalk Connecticut
Noticed a $7/month charge on my credit card bill for the past 4 months. I called the number and discovered that I had automatically been signed up with the company by making a reservation with choicehotels.com (the owner of Comfort, Quality, Sleep, & Clarion Inns) online. I am dissapointed to see such a large hotel chain partnered in such a shady deal. The reservationrewards rep agreed to cancel my account and refund the current months charge, but would not drop the previous 3 months charges. I plan to contact my credit card company and the better businees bureau to protest the charge. If enough people do this maybe we can put these guys out of business.
