- they will need you to list the details of each charge and simply state "I did not authorize these charges" -- be sure to sign your name and fax or mail it to your financial institution's correspondence address/fax#. Your other option is to have your financial institution handle the charges as fraud, which will require them to change your card #, then you will have to sign a fraud affidavit in lieu of the letter I previously mentioned. Don't delay, though--there is a limited amount of time with in which a dispute can be processed. One other thing- watch your statement closely for other strange companies; they seem to "come one, come all" many times.
