They won't have it if they have only emailed you, but they will if you try to cancel using this method. Then they just match up the phone number with the email they sent you and it all will look legit. I believe that is how they are getting the numbers and then charging these unwanted fees for their unrequested service each month. You were not given the full cost of this service either. Here is what their website says: Pricing After your first FREE 30 DAYS of service, the low monthly fee of only $19.95 will automatically be billed on your local telephone bill. In order to program and activate your service, and to ensure proper message delivery, there is also a one-time non-refundable set-up fee of only $24.95 which should appear on your next local telephone company bill in the Miscellaneous Charges section under Residential Voice Mail.
