Resort Property Depot Georgette Kramer Georgette Kramer called me advertising how good her company was and that she"needed" my property to fill the demand she was seeing in the market place. She lied about how high the demand was Saint Petersburg, Florida
About 1 year ago a man called me from Resort Property Depot to tell me how great his company was at timeshare resells. I stopped him right there and told him I would not give him any money up front and that I would agree to a 10% commission on the sale. He tells me that he cannot because they are not a realtor. He then asked for $895. I told him no and hung up.
Then in JUly of 2012 Georgette Kramer calls from same company to tell me the market is demanding properties like mine and " really puts on the sell " telling me she can rent this property right now. I remind her about my previous call from her company and she tells me that had I listed with them then, I would have sold it. After much discussion I agreed to a $300 fee and told her I would check in each week.
I did that by calling and speaking with her quite often only to get the run around. I realized then I had been snookered. I have not been able to reach her or anyone at Resort Property Depot for several months.
This company is like ALL timeshare companies I have dealt with for years. It's ALL a scam. Do not trust anyone that tells you they can resell your timeshare. It is a bold face lie. Definitely do not provide any money up front.
