I used to work for this company.  Take it from someone on the inside, ITS A SCAM!  The owner and manager Nick Patel and PJ Cooper are scam artists.  This is how it works.  They buy leads from brokers of people who own timeshares (i have no idea how the brokers get the names) and then the sales reps call them.  The rep you speak to on the phone does NOT make an hourly wage, does NOT get paid when the timeshare "sells", he gets paid a 30-35% commission off of the up front fee he charges you.  And then the company pockets the rest.  They get away with this by putting into the contract that they do not "gaurantee" a timeframe on the sale, and that makes it legal somehow.

But take it from me, RPD does NOT do presentations, the only thing they do is list your timeshare on your cheap no-traffic website. They are liars, crooks and thieves.  I worked there less than a month cus the money sounded too good to be true, but once I found out they were a total scam I left.  I am keeping my identity to myself for now but please let me know if you have any questions.  These people are mostly drug addicts who work at these places cus they can get paid good money on a daily bases in exchange for lying to trusting customers and stealing from them.

As the manager of Resort Property Depot, Inc. I would like to take this opportunity to provide you, the reader, with the accurate information. First of all the owner Mr. Patel is a very knowledgable, successful business man who always treats his employees with fairness, kindness and most importantly, respect. PJ Cooper, having many years experience in the
timeshare resale business and knowledge of making it successful for the owner, employees and the clients who was also ex-employees supervisor simply was targeted for doing his job and reported him for unprofessional behavior leading
to his dismissal. To label them as scam artists is simply not true. Resort Property Depot, Inc. is not in the business of misleading our potential clients and our experienced representatives work as a team and use pulled marketing
resources to accomplish our goal, renting/selling your vacation property.

To the reader: Im assuming your reading this because your investigating on whether we are a legitimate, reputable business that you can trust and thats admirable, I would do the same.If you have any questions or concerns, I strongly encourage you to go directly to the source, Resort Property Depot, Inc. and speak with us directly.I strongly advice you not to judge on a report from a bitter ex-employee. This report is nothing more than a case of a disgruntled ex-employee lashing out at a business requiring a level of professional standards that he could not meet. Since hastily posting this
report the day after his dismissal, the person who will remain anonymous has since apologized to Mr. Patel for his actions.
However due to RipOff Reports policy they refuse to remove these allegations and our only recourse is to respond accordingly. Thank You for your consideration in this matter.

I have to admit im a tough customer. Ive signed up with 3 of these listing companies in the last two years, so when Sara called me I was prepared to hang up the phone. but for some reason i didnt. she was very thorough and not pushy at all. I was a little skeptical that my timeshare would sell at all, i mean i had tried this 3 times before. Anyway, i decided to give it another shot based on the fact that they are not a website listing company and they have no complaints witht the BBB. Ill admit, i was a little shocked when i got a call 2 months later from one of their reps saying they had an offer for me.  It was a little bit lower than i had hoped (13k) but to be honest i accepted just to get out of the payments. This was no joke, i had the check in my hand 5 weeks later and no more timeshare!! I am not saying that timeshare resale companies arent a scam, i beleive the first three i did business with were, but Resort Property depot were so helpful through the entire process and they even helped me get my money back from those other comapnies. My suggestion is to do your research and not to pay a company with customer complaints. Wish i would have done business with them first!!

Hats off guys, keep up the good work!!

I have previously dealt with 4 other companies in the industry, obviously I was EXTREMELY skeptical about dealing with another. However I somehow found myself paying a fith time with Resort Property Depot. Much to my amazment with in 7 months my representive contacted me with an offer I couldn't refuse. Resort Property Depot is the best company I personaly have dealt with. If you are interested in renting or selling your time share I would STRONGLY reccomend them to ANYONE!!!!!! Tori E.
