This company hides in an office in Florida, but uses a fake office in Pennsylvania to convince timeshare owners that they are not another "Florida" Scam. They are unlicensed, according to the state, and convince you that their fee of $150.00 to $250.00 is nothing compared to what you will have to pay or may have paid with another company. "We will sell your property".
They promise you your own personal virtual website to help sell your property, and then run your credit card through a candle company in a Flea Market in Florida. This way, they lock you into a contract because they "sold you a website". This company has been in business for two whole months and claim years of experience. Be sure to ask for any sales records from closings they may have claimed. better yet, stay away! You are about to be scammed!
