I spoke with a Director and when she was made aware of my situation and the problems we had experienced, she was very professional and expressed a genuine desire to provide a positive customer service experience. She offered to refund my entire purchase price and gracefully apologized for the experience I had. I wish I knew to speak to a director earlier in my process.
