Rest All Suites RestAll, RestAllSuites - Stole my Security Deposit Midland, Michigan
Rest All Suites owner refused to return my Security Deposit even after a court mandated decision.
He said the room was damaged, however it was not in any way. Even though I had to pay a cleaning fee, he acted as if he needs my entire Security Deposit to clean the floors and wall.
The owner and manager also expected me to fix and repair my own problems while renting. They would not fix the sink or problems with the bathroom.
Avoid Rest All Suites unless you want to lose your Security Deposit!
