NOW TO THE ORIGINAL REPORT THAT WAS FILED

G'Day,

Firstly, I am based in Sydney Australia and I came in contact with Resultzzs last Thursday (6/8/09).

Received a call from a guy name Justin asking me me 'how would you like to earn $ 4000 or more a month with their help....etc....he sounded very genuine. He was also asking mr my financial situation, how many credit cards I have etc. After speaking to him for 20 min or so he got his 'Director', Anthony Feagin to ring me back. This guy was an absolute 'sales man'.

He guaranteed me that I will make $3000 -$4000 a month which will pay my credit card off the first month. He was a goo 'con-man'. He also mentioned that they were affiliates of Mike G as they do training for Mike G's clients. After quite a long conversation, he managed to get my credit card and initially told me that the course (3 months and I could extend if I wanted to, just had to pay them more) would cost me $3000.

I was a bit shocked and told him i did not have that sort of money. He did not sound very happy as I had already told his staff Justin I had 2 credit cards with sufficient funds. He then said 'I will bring it down for you to $2500'..I still did not have enough funds BUT while I was speaking to him, he had already charged my card. He then put me on to his 'secretary', Krishale and she read me some of the terms and asked me questions. At the same time, she emailed me the agreement.

To cut a long story short, I DID not sign the agreement and there was a 3 days execution on the agreement. It was stated I had to send them a certified letter in which I already have. I also emailed Krishale on the same night I received the agreement stating 'I am not going ahead with it'.

Anthony Feagin was not happy when I rang him on the 6/8/09 morning and was very abusive. He said I will 'not get my money back, does not matter what the agreement says'....I was shocked. He also said he was going to charge me 15% fee and IF he were to refund, it will take 2 weeks. He was very rude and just 'money hungry'.

Then yesterday, I received a call from Resultzzs training dept wanting to schedule a time for the 'mktg course'. The lady I spoke to was not aware of my 'cancellation'. She sounded very nice and said that I should get a refund if I had cancel within the 3 days as stated on the agreement. She was also not aware of the fee I was charged and just said 'oh' when I told her.

I have filed a police report and done the necessary on my side.NOW, why isn't the UTAH Division of Consumer Protection doing anything about this company? Looks like these guys are ripping people off?? They are going global by the looks of it and something need to be done about them.
