Resume Genius is on on-line resume writing service. It has a "one time use" option that is appealing because it APPEARS to be limited to $9.95 and a good value. Then the begin quietly charging $29.99 per month until you notice.
When you contact them there is no phone available only a live chat ["Betty" on my case,] who states that their "system" does not give refunds and apologizes for the inconvenience. It is not an inconvenience it is a RIP-OFF!
I hope my $60 is that last $60 they steal from any other consumer. DO NOT USE RESUME GENIUS.
