I wanted to thank drew Matheine, presient of Retail Depolyment Solutions for taking care of this issue. Despite all of my frustrations in trying to get this resolved in the normal manner, he came through. It appears that there might be some disconnect between some of the internal processes over there and I hope they are able to make it easier for my future business and others as well. Thanks Drew, you are a man of your word. Bill

As President of Retail Deployment Solutions I am well aware of the delays in processing payments as well as the frustration that this caused. However, our intention is to pay all vendors for work completed. In many cases payments have been delayed due to reductions in credit lines and lengthy delays in accounts receivable. We work with vendors weekly to ensure they receive payments in a timely manner. This however does not mean Retail Deployment Solutions is a scam or will not pay its vendors. I will personally work with the individual who created this post to ensure the debt to his company is satisfied. We expect all vendors to be brought within current terms within the next sixty calander days. I will contact Mr. Dillion and ensure this issue is resolved in as timely manner as possible.
