They are associated with a Russian credit card fraud ring. They will place orders with you and the billing address will match with what the bank has on file for you but they are shipping to the address above. They provide bogus contact information. They used the contact Russian name of Denis Purtov but rest assured it is probably bogus. They gave a contact telephone number of 302-526-0496 but it was also fake.
If you ship merchandise there, your goods will end up in Russia and you will get a charge back later on and lose the money and the goods! You've been warned!
