I was directed to the Paretologic site via a link from Avery.Com where I was asked to download a driver and pay vis PayPal. I mistakenly assumed it was a Avery and PayPal vetted manufacturer.

On checkout my $29.99 "Special Coupon Offer" jumped to $39.90 with no explanation or way out.

I downloaded the software and was advised I had over 133 driver issues on my P/C and 26 were critical. Each time I tried to use the software to fix the issue I would receive a message it either would not work and I could proceed to manually push it or the link it would send me to would not load it either (INTEL, HP).

My calls to PayPal were at first frustrating as they are used by SafeCart as a conduit. The number I received for Safecart customer takes me to an endless loop which is never picked up by a live person. I went back to PayPal as I feel their name is being used by Safecart to mislead the consumer into believing it is a legitimate PayPay vetted site. I have filed a dispute and they are assisting me and were supportive of my concerns.

I then did what I should have done before and checked Paretologic and SafeCart for reviews. I see my story has been relived by many other people and their experience is identical to my own.

I saw a response from a SafeCart customer service representative which left a number (the same as I have been calling) and an Option7 which is NOT offered in their phone menu. I tried that option and again was turned back into the endless electronic loop I havebeen dealing with throughout this experience.

I feel this company represents itself as a PayPal sanctioned vendor and yet when you drill down they are using the link and name of PayPal but not performing in any of the ways PayPal does as far as integrity and support.

I made a mistake... be very careful.

Because I am dealing with computer software PayPal will not be of any help. Even though in order to email Safecart their email address is: [email protected]. They are using PayPay to legitimize their business and PayPay is doing nothing to assist me as a customer. They stand behind their User Agreement.
