Revita Youth Did not authorize the reorder from the free trail,rep bullied St. Petersburg, Florida
Ordered this skin care product-did not authorized any additional charges on my credit card.the rep that I called told me that credit card dispute mediation would not work,because the Credit card company had to ask so many questions because a free trial was involved.I did not have the option of cancellation.
The rep that I spoke with gave me a RMA #-said that I was required to pay the postage-my only other option was to accept a 50% refund,which would take a long time-I have return shipped to PO Box 33705 St Peterburg,Fl 33705 RMA# is 28D8ABFEFB64
should have followed my first instints and filed a report with the CC Company
