revitalizer company we purchased a "revitalizeer plus" foot and back massage machine from this company at a trade fair, ( AARP convention) in october of 2009. we received a letter, undated in November claiming they weere port richey, Florida
We purshased a massage unit for over $200 at the AARP Convention and have not received if. The company sent an undated letter saying they were delayed in shipping.
They do not respond to phone messages, never answer the phone, and obviously do not ship.
Are they terrible business persons, out of business, or just plain crooks ? No one is taking any responsibility.
We want our money or our massage unit ASAP.
