RevLabs Muscle Extreme, One Rev Posting unauthorized charges to my bank account Internet
I responded to an online survey labeled as being for Optimum the cable, phone, internet provider I am a customer of. (they have informed since that this survey was NOT them, and is in fact a scam). Rev Labs was one of the "rewards" packages I was offered as a result of fulfilliing the survey.
I took advantage of this offer which was to purchase a trial package of their products. One was for $4.95, a second for $1.95. Via phone and email I had these charges confirmed. While on the phone I asked VERY specifically if these were the ONLY charges I will ever be billed for via this transaction, and also that the only way I would ever be charged for anything subsequently was if I agreed to purchase their product in the future - period, no exception and without question. I was assured that was exactly the case.
7 days later I received an additional charge for $18.53. Two days later I received another charge for $89.74, all from the same company, now using different names. I called them, and blasted them (respectfully) regading all above. They "offered" to refund 50% of the amounts noted and cancel my account! I had to go to great lengths and argue to get them to agree to refund all - and they remained insistant on my sending back ALL products recieved at MY expense in order to cancel my "account" and for me to receive refund and not be billed in full.
I had to call my bank of course and had them retify the charges, etc. Still awaiting final results of this SCAM company. I would never consider injesting their products into my body - god only knows what an orginazation that needs to operate in this manner to sell their scam products would actually put in it!
