ReVSkin Revitalize Skin I agreed to try a product and pay shipping only. When I went to check out they kept adding products which ended up being 3 products. The shipping on these 3 products which weighed about 2 ounces ended up to be almost $30. The order was placed on Jan. 13th, I called and cancelled the order on Jan. 27th. I had been charged almost $90. Customer service would only refund $45. On Feb. 2nd I was charged another 88.10. I had my cancellation memo that I had received on Jan. 27 and I called customer service again. Again, they only agreed to refund 50% on my money. Customer service is very rude and if you do not agree to their terms they will hange up on you. internet
On Jan. 13th, 2017, I signed up to try a product and pay shipping cost only. When I tried to check out products kept being added. I ended up with three products that weighed less than 2 ounces and the shipping ended up to be almost $30. On Jan. 27th, which would have been my 14th day, I called to cancell. I was charged almost $90. and they would only agree to refund 50%. I received a cancellation memo. On Feb. 2, 2017, I was charged another $88.10. I called customer service and told them that I had cancelled this order and wanted a total refund. I was once again told that I could only get 50% back. I was also told if I fought it I would not get anything back. Mike (customer service) said if I pursued it I would lose. Customer service was very rude and threatened to hang up on me several time. I now have two cancellation memos.. This is a SCAM..
