RGS continues to report that I owe Cox Communications $353. This is incorrect and not possible as I currently have Cox Communications and it is current. I have called them. Their response to me was that 'I would have to submit proof'. I am disabled according to our Federal Government. I have filed online disputes through the credit reporting agencies and RGS still refuses to delete their negative entry. I think it is only a matter of time until I file a lawsuit against them.

Stefanie Ratcliff is resolving this issue for me. Stephanie has contacted both Cox Communications and Experian. She has also supplied me with a letter that states that this debt is paid in full. Stefanie is a pleasure to work with.
