Rhima Investments Rhima Investments RIPOFF My "Mint Condition" Car a LEMON, a lying, deceptive, fraudulent RIP-OFF company on ebay Houston Texas
Rhima Investments sold me a 1999 Acura Integra through Ebay. According to the description, this car was considered by the seller in *mint condition*
After receiving the car, I looked it over to find the following:
*The car had been rear-ended
*The body kit was not aligned properly and was about to fall off
*The spoiler was falling off
*The right tail light cover was cracked as well as the bulb being broken
*The back left door will not shut all the way
*The stereo did not include the anti-theft code therefore I must have it reset by an Acura Dealer for $60
AND last but not least...
*The odometer had more miles than I was told
Mark, owner of Rhima Investments told me I could send the car back IF I pay the $750 associated with shipping the car back (which I had already paid once to have the car shipped to me)
Mark refused to admit what was wrong with the car, continuously lied, and refuses to even pay to fix the damages to the car that I was not told about.
Before I bought the car I repeatedly asked Mark to tell me what was wrong with the car. He said THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG, IT WAS PERFECT. He told me that many times.
