Bayshore Home Sales with Countryside Village owned and operated by RHP Properties Advertised several homes for sale 10 plus were listed as Handyman Specials.  We entered into a agreement to purchase Lot 460 and paid the full price of the home advertised on internet and thus marked as sold on internet $500.00.  We were informed they were having issues with the title but that the home had to be brought up to a livable home before lot rent could be charged  and even if the closing happened that we would not be charged lot rent for at least 60 days to allow work on the home after closing.  The pmt for the home after park rules and police reports were given was paid 9/2013.  They continued to have title issues the last owner "Suicide by Cops" in 4/2013 was killed by the local police in a domestic dispute. Hoarder the owner waled away as the park said they the worked with him and listed in 7/2013.  We were advised we had to pay for the clean up of the previous homeowner and change the locks as they did not have good keys as the polie broke in the door and the door was screwed shut.  We did the cleanup of the home and found that a water leak left to go on as well as the previous owners meant that the home had to be taken to the frame and back up.  The floors, insullation, walls were gutted. The home was viewable clear through as a rebuilt to code by my husband and I as a winter project while his hours were cut from being a Landscape forman.

We continued to comply with Park Rules, Water Break, Water Heater inspections Security Guard Inspections and requirements to provide the Vin when needed for closing.  We continued to wait on work of the closing and in Dec moved in items more as a storage area into one room that had been completed as we were working to renovate around the clock and the continual Delays now gone on for five months were enourmasly interferring with us paying rent and paying for the massive renovations that home money pit produced.

In February 2/2014 Four and a Half months of renovation a knock came on the door, not to tell us of a closing date but to show the home to prospective buyers.  Their claims now that they knew noone was in the home and had no record of us or payment of the home. This Home sits in the middle of the park adjacent from the only community park. Above stated notice of compliance and weekly calls to the establishment.  RHP answer was that the Property Management and Bayshore Home sales Management, Their complete Maintenance Staff and the Park security had not  complied with RHP Standard operating procedures they fired everyone and plaed in new staff whom would not speak to us, locked us out of the home with the cloth on our back when we went to work, tossed my daughter from the home without shoes her lunch cooking and our cat locked inside.  We tried to get items to change cloths and the police were called and we were ordered off the property with $12,00 worth of renovations and building materials in the home plus everything we owned.   Our cat we never found possibly dead from no food, we were homeless and stayed at Value place with borrowed money for more than the monthly rental.  Some items the new maintenance staff handed to us one sat after they rummaged through even our underwear drawers and personal effects and gave us what they deemed us to be able to have two weeks after contacting Josh Brown CEO we were able to get some more items that were left in the home furniture, rotten food dishes.  It was not till APril 1st we were able to find new housing and found many items even wedding rings, my Mothers Urn missing as well as books, damage to dishes glasses from the Manitenandce stadd placing anything given in garbage bags like trash and tossing from the door.

They to this day still refuse to close on the home paid for, give back our payment on the home or any of our investment and a new staff memeber lives and completing the home for sale one room and the last bedroom with the expected sale price from our work and investment $62,000.

Do not trust this company they will steal your life, dreams hard work and everything you own and not blink a eye.
