Rich Boyer was sued for fraud by one of his clients from whom he embezzled A LOT of money from.
He was also imprisoned by the IRS for FRAUD.
This guy runs around scamming and cheating people - he is a con artist, liar and cheat.
If you hire him chances are the IRS will then immediatley audit you as they did us.
