House originally insured by Thomas McGrath
Richard McGrath was the most ungrateful, ignorant and racist person I ever met.
He was annoyed the wife had allowed a black professional to work on his roof, but the wife convinced him.
(1) He had no money to pay his deductible.
(2) I paid his deductible out of my pocket because, I had promised the wife that I would help in reducing their deductible amount, provided they referred other customers to me. His deductible was $1,430.00 and he paid zero. Yet, he never introduced any customer to me!
(3) The roof replacement was completed in two days.
(4) Upon completion, I inspected the entire roof and I noticed some uneven spots on certain parts of the roof. I was not happy with the brand new roof.
(5) I invited Mr. McGrath to come out of his hous so that I can work him through the project. I ponited out to him, the bumps I noticed on the roof.
(6) I told him we could open up the affected areas and get new materials for the extra job we have to do to make Mr. McGrath and his family happy.
(7) He said, "I wan the whole roof riped and replaced with new shingles.
(8) I had to go and borrow extra funds from the bank in order to spend about, extra $3,500. We removed the one week old roof and replaced it with another brad new materials and another Sub-Contractor was hired to do the roof the second time within seven days and we did.
(9) Meanwhile, Mr. McGrath never paid his deductible.
