This guy signed me to a contract in September of 2013, and would not put my pay in the contract. This way he could pay what ever he wanted! This is not a honest way to do business ! He complained when I did not want to go out of town, but I told them that I could not take it with out a agreement on pay first. This guy KC is totally manic! He runs a rip off contract, and puts into his pocket owner operators fuel surcharge ! Stay away from this guy he will rip you off!

The contract is blank, no 70% in the contract. It is a big lie that I would not take loads before 8am, or in the afternoon. KC pays flat rates, his flat rates! He does not pass off 100% of the fuel surcharge! He has his owner operators on poverty rates! You can’t afford new tires, or any new parts! You have to go to the junk yard for parts, on his slave wages! This guy while ripping off owner operators, keeps buying nice new pick up trucks, a Dodge, and now a Nissan Titon. Don’t work or do business with this dishonest guy!

Richard Daniels Trans has been in business for 30 years- and since 2005 in Dallas- I have been the manger here for 12 years
Daniel -- Contract was set for 70%-- of Local Rates-- you were Verbally given rates for EVERY load-- as you required before accepting
Any out of town moves IE WACO-- which is still local-- 100 miles or so was not local by your standards= EVERY load you hauled-- you were given a rate
You would not accept anything before 0800 appt and nothing in the afternoon-- you were not available for many loads we had as "too early-- or Too Late" for you
and ,of course you had the right to refuse any dispatch and you did so many times--we did the best we could at the time
RDT pays a fair Fuel Surcharge to all drivers for all loads based off DOE and what is competative in our area
Every week,s invoicing and payroll numbers are examined and we have been paying out between 70% and 72% weekly for many years
