About the time Richard Erving and his mall scripts and domains started disappearing Rupert Salmon under company name Powered Connections, LLC from same area of Washington state began selling similar script. Also says he owns some of  same URL's as Richard Erving said he owned. See links below

Some moron friend of mine got hosed by Rick Erving in Washington last year (same dude I think) and I'm amazed at what I've found on this site!  I'm sooooo thankful I did a google search.  Net Investigator, there's no way for me to get your contact info from this site.  Do you have any ideas?  I would like to check out your report and give to my friend...maybe it'll help her get her money back.  I was thinking you could send a tweet with the hashtag #rickerving and I can find you.  Thanks for the fraud report! If this is the wrong Rick Erving, oops!  Sorry.                                                         

You know I told you to send me an invoice and you did not and you not getting this was because you said you did not want to contact me anymore so why dont you stop this posting war

Mr. Irving received a PayPal request for Payment on May 24th which he could log onto his account and pay at any time. 

On 5/28 Mr Irving emailed:

"Check was generated by bill pay and should arrive by beginning of week ... check 5001 amount: $100"

Needless to say, that check never arrived.

The demo which was available online was only partially functional, Mr. Irving claimed each site was "custom developed" and the requested features added for each customer.

The fact that there are numerous virtually identical complaints on various sites online is revealing.  Bluster and denial will not make these go away.

I am more concerned now with preventing other people from being ripped off than with my vaporware refund.

We both know that your phone number has changed numerous times evading people that you have done bad business with or having your daughter answering your home phone for you telling people you are aren't there.

Also if people can't get their money back did you know that all it takes is entering someone names into a State Employment Benefits system to see if that person is  receiving benefits while working?  And for every week worked while receiving benefits is illegal along with a charge of perjury.

Luckily all of these people are liars and you aren't afraid of anyone because I would hate to be caught doing any of the above especially over any extended amount of time.

By the way, I have done very well tracking down people and to be honest some of the time people don't get their money back but the person normally has other skeletons in the closet that catch up to them besides me. I just help out those other agencies looking for someone or not aware of the situation.

Do you think I am hiding from you or anyone, I could of done that long ago, please spare me on the contact you thing. these people here have NO claim and were all paid back....John would be paid back except he wont return my email or give me an invoice via paypal. I could just send to him that way but it needs to go onto the credit card. But thats not why I am replying. I am replying because you make it seem as if I am hiding and have soooo many people that I ripped off and simply put BULL. There is only 1 and we are working on that. anyways you have my phone number why dont you be a man and call me direct instead of making it seem like your hunting me.....I have had the same domains and the same address and phone number for 10 years.....Some investigator you are. Those of you that got a mall from me or work done, you all know you were taken care of and should of added statement here for that but nooo you have to be liars and tell me that I guess when i give you refund. So what if i dont reply instantly to emails and maybe I dont like the phone? I ignore everyone not just one person because I am busy. The address is not right but the phone is correct. These sites are for people that hate and people that just want to complain. Pretty sad on most of them, not just mine but most posts. Even the owner of this site is under major trouble....like 90 class actions lawsuits so really I dont sell malls anymore, you can all just say ripoff reports did it and all the voices here closed me down....sounds good to me

You have no idea what your talking about John, as you checked out out the demo fully and as far as garbage this is your opinion and maybe even a few others. This is opinion and I really dont know why you say it is non secure when it is and the admin works just fine. You should maybe learn how to use it before posting garbage. As far as your refund check goes, dont you think you should tell me this before posting crap on this site? So for those that want to use this medium to post crap about me and software, dont buy it and you wont have a problem and if you do check the demos before you do buy. thats what they are there for. I have not ripped off anyone and try to comply to fixes as they come in. If you buy software, there are NO REFUNDS and this is clearly stated before you pay a dime. This posting site really is good but the people that post should really take there responsibility and look, use and ask question before you buy a non refundable system. Alot of posts here are the same person logging in as different names fo rat least three these. the others we take responsibility for. Simply put, if you dont like the demos and if you see issues with it, ask and if your still not happy.... DONT BUY IT, simple as that. I am doing nothing illegal here, quality of the product is not basis for a refund.

(((Redacted))) is my address that you can get ahold of me with.  I have actually stayed very busy doing this type of work and was amazing when I went back year to find similiar stories such as yours. Even more suprising is that the person named has done this for years. It takes time putting together the files on all of these going back 3-5 years and also finding similiar illegal activites on Ebay.

Richard, the software was a bloated piece of garbage most of which did not work.  Portions of the admin area were insecure though we could never properly log in as administrator.  We emailed you several times about this with no response.

As far as the "cashiers check" that was a lie too, for it never arrived.  Not that I was holding my breath.  You still owe us the money.

NETINVESTIGATOR, I would love to be in touch with you but am not sure how to do that through RipOff Report.  We have also filed complaints with the Attorney General's office and with IC3.

For anyone interested there has been  a file started In Washington State with the Attorney General regarding RIchard Erving,Charles E. Erving, Erving Richard or any of the 12 aliases we found while tracking him through Arizona,Florida and California.

There also has been Other findings that have him linked to benefits from Washington State that cannot be devulged as of yet. You can email me with the Attn:Steve Long regarding Richard Erving and I will send you the information I have free of charge.

I have all of his current information including a new # and address.

I have been hired on the behalf of three people who invested a large amount of money and were not given the product they were promised.

You sent me a request for the refund and you said NO that you will donate to your church and refused the refund. The software was in full working order and in fact you said nothing for a long time.

Again I offered you a refund and you refused. We then sent you a cashiers check John to the address on your paypal and still it is pending.Dont site there and say that this is a scam and a ripoff when I told you refund was already started and once again you refused it.

Anyways I will post this proof as soon as it clears paypal so that this lie cant stop. It is funny that these posts on all types of subjects wont be removed. There is not much credit to this site and others like it. And john you say I am stealing your money?? why dont you post the emails so everyone can see them. You denied the refund and we will see what you do with the cashiers check at this point. And your from a church??? why not tell the whole conversation instead of part.
