I put in a rebuttal to this, years ago but I don't see it here. When we moved into the property it needed a lot of repair. I put $6000 into the property just to make it livable. The deposit ($10,000) you insured me was just a deposit on the rent to own contract which said.. “Not a security deposit”. Once we received the foreclosure order to vacate the rent to own contract was null and void and that deposit was owed. That clause was put into the contract because they property was in such disrepair. I still have all the papers but as you know, you took every last dime I had. In the state of Florida to file would have cost money I didn’t have and there was only 2 years to come up with that money. As for the carpet, you made regular visits to the house to pick up the rent checks. You said the place looked GREAT! I complained since even before I moved in that the carpet in the mother in laws apartment had a strange smell. To which you had carpet cleaners come out. I did too.. the carpet was a cheap in door out door burber carpet, with large stains when I moved in. I feel bad for you because God doesn’t like ugly. Your wife is always trying to find protection from the other side. You will never find protection when your KARMA is so bad. You have done a lot of evil to many people. I was an innocent victim to your scams. And I have found out that I am nowhere near the only one. You make a living off of cheating people… and stealing the last dime from a disabled widow with a child is as low as you can go.. Even in the Bible.

come on FRANK! If someone did 25,000 dollars of damage to a home I owned, they would be sitting in jail, but if I ripped them off for 10,000 dollars......

The 10k deposit was deducted from the $25,000.oo worth of damage she left us with when she sublet the house out to 13 people, 4 dogs and a ferret. The house was returned uninhabitable. The carpets were ruined, holes were cut into the walls to air condition the garage that she illegally converted into bedrooms. Wood floors were scratched beyond repair . . . . and the smell of animal urine was overwhelming. She was not kicked out . . . she defaulted on the lease by not paying rent. Please Annamarie, take me to court . . . . the judge will rule in my favor. I'm just glad your gone.
