Good morning World! We here to advise businesses of their potential customer Richard Merling AKA Journey Cafe located at (((REDACTED))) in his home or his other bogus business across the country AKA Desta Enterprises LLC located at 815 Brazos St, Austin, TX 78701 in a UPS store with over 1128 other virtual businesses. This gentlemen will be very nice until you give him the best deal for supplies. He claims he builds many food trailers and trucks and promises to come back and buy bulk as he builds many trailers and trucks but that is only his tactic to get his initial order discounted. (Where is he building them in his home garage?) After the order is placed be prepared to take the virbal abuse and pressure that you have never felt before. The gentlemen lies and demands, he will degrade you until you feel like life is not worth living anymore. Yes one man could do that! Richard Merling says and will do anything to harm your business in an attempt to make you ship his product faster then required! He will threaten you with legal action! The guy is a fruad with no business at all, no web presence and can not even be found on the web for anything other then (2) fake businesses. What a legit business you are Richard Merling! When ordering a product and the business you order from states 4-6 weeks, its 4-6 weeks not 12 days because you demand and threaten! Do not sell any products to Richard Merling unless you want to have the worse customer experience you ever had and Im sure his customers feel that same wrath but again he operates two fake businesses and neither one could fit a trailer or truck in the house or UPS store! One thing Richard Merling will learn today is who to choose his battles with!

I am writing a rebuttal to the comments made against me, Richard Merling, that are both untrue and malicious. These comment were made by Robert Scifo, the owner of Crown Food Carts in response to the report that I filled on Ripoff Report about his company. Please look at the report I filed on August 29, 2017 for more information. Mr Scifo learned of my report and filed this report against me in retaliation for the report I filed. His report was filed on August 30, 2017, a day after my report.
Crown food carts and Mr. Scifo have numerous complaints filed against them. Mr. Scifo was also the owner of Pushcarts USA which also had numerous complaints before he started Crown Food Carts.
After filing my report I was contacted by a group of over 20 individuals who were filing a suit against CFC and Mr. Scifo. If you read his report I believe you will clearly see that his comments are retalitory and motivated by anger.
If you are considering buying a concession vehicle, trailer or cart from me please feel free to ask for references. You are also always welcome and encouraged to come and see what I am producing in person. Integrity, quality and affordability have been and always will be what sets my work apart.
