Richard Metheney is involved with his group that is Anrew Gregory Tashbar and Judy Hudgins. They purchase large multiple residential properties mostly mobile home at the lowest price and then place Judy Hudgins as a manager. This old lady is good in cooking books. She fradulently fil up all the vacancy inflate the books and show almost double the amount of actual rental income.
All of them are hiding themself with very sweet personalty skin. But be aware this group will rip you off of your retirement income in no time.
Now all of them are on the run from multiple lawsuit.
