Richard Parker of Greenfield, NH entered into an ILLEGAL Contract with my husband.  He secured Five Thousand Dollars in consideration of a faulty RENT/LEASE to Own Contract.  Richard Parker of Greenfield, NH required my husband to directly deposit into his Bank of America account Six Hundred and Fifty Dollars each month in consideration of the rent/lease to own Agreement.  In October of 2009, my husband was not allowed to deposit to the account, Richard Parker of Greenfield changed his number and was not accepting nor answering any calls.  On December 16, 2009 RECOREDED ON DIRECT WEB CAM, Richard Parker committed criminal tresspass, intimated and intruded home owners and stole the Allegro Bus.



This case WILL BE REPORTED to every and all authorities.  Richard Parker will be sought for criminal charges and sued in a civil action.



If this scammer is seeking you for your money, in the intrest of scamming this Allegro Bus, please refrain from any contact and contact your local authorities.

Selling anything and taking a deposit without clear title is not legal. 

Look at the date of my original post.  This animal had to google his name.

The renter Gary Demone of Salem NH entered into a legally binding contract and neglected to adhere to the financial obligations as outlined in the legal contract. The vehicle was equipped with a gps tracking device. After numerous attempts to locate Gary Demone of Salem NH were attempted due to non-payment, the vehicle's recovery system was activated and the location of the vehicle was obtained. After visual confirmation of the vehicles location, the Salem police were notified and a repossession effort was performed according to police instruction. Additional compensation as outlined in the legal contract as a result of damages to the vehicle that occurred while in the possession of Gary Demone of Salem NH prior to and as a result of the repossession activity is currently being sought.
