This is a CONSUMER WARNING against doing business with RICHARD RIVETTE of the RIVETTE MARKETING GROUP in Charlotte, North Carolina and located online at www.rivettegroup.com. Richard is notorious for not fulfilling contracts. He had a contract with my company last August of 2007 and has not fulfilled it. Richard Rivette is a very dangerous and instable man. Please contact me for more information before giving him any of your hard earned money.
Richard Rivette is a CYBER BULLY and a STALKER. DO NOT GIVE HIM ANY INFORMATION ABOUT YOURSELF or you could be exploited. Especially, refrain from giving him your CREDIT CARD, BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, SOCIAL SECURITY #, EMAIL, NAME, or any other form of identification. If he wakes up one day and is not on his medication, he will try to ruin your good name all over the internet and file fake consumer reports.
Richard Rivette has disrespected our military. He tried to lie about dead soldiers to receive sympathy from their grieving loved ones. How sick can a man be?
I'm not the only one who has a problem with Richard. His own family can't even stand him. His father Murray Rivette in Boca Raton, Florida apologized for his son's actions last fall and told us that Richard was estranged from the family. If you would like, you can call him yourself and talk to him. He is a really nice 76 year old man who used to work for IBM when he used to live up in Poughkeepsie, NY. Now he lives down in Florida and has retired and enjoys writing plays. He will tell you all about Richard. He can be reached at (561) 499-1983. Please do NOT stop by his home at 228 Piedmont E, Delray Beach, FL 33484 if Richard has harassed you. Richard does not live with his Father anymore.
Richard moved away from Florida many years ago. His wife Dagny Rivette ran a child party business there and may have been fleeing accusations of child molestation that are floating on the internet. Dagny Rivette covered up for her husband's harassments last year when she was spoken to on the phone. Here is a picture of Dagny Rivette:
Dagny Rivette is currently involved with children AGAIN! PARENTS IN CHARLOTTE NC and the rest of North Carolina need to be very cautious. She is involved in the American Founders Academy. If you are a parent of a child involved with this group and would like to express your concern, you may do so at their toll free number 801-492-0197 or by email at [email protected]. You and your child may remain anonymous if you have an information to offer on Dagny.
If you go to Richard's website (www.rivettegroup.com), you will see that Richard does not offer a phone number on his website for you to complain about your service. This makes it easy for Richard to keep your money and run. Ask yourself if you would do business with a man who does not put a contact phone number on their website. This is a big red flag for fraudulent behavior. The last number of 704-608-7701 has been disconnected because they were possibly receiving a high volume of complaints.
If Richard and Dagny avoid your emails, you may be able to reach them through their son Jason Rivette. He goes to school at Hunter college in New York. The website is http://www.hunter.cuny.edu/. The dean of students can put you in contact with Jason. Eija Ayravainen, Vice-President for Student Affairs and Dean of Students can be reached at (212) 772-4878 or by email at [email protected]. They can put you in contact with Jason and also take any statements you may feel you need to provide.
You may have some luck contacting Andrea Rivette (Richard's Sister). However, I am told that Richard is estranged from most of his family because of Dagny and other things Richard has done. She may be able to help though. She can be reached at [email protected]. She is active in California in the musical theatre scene. She even runs private classes called the musical theatre workshop or musicaltheatreworkshop. Her lessons run about $350 for 4 sessions. If you cannot reach her through one of these methods, we can provide alternative contacts for her.

Although I have very little respect for my son and his wife because of their disgusting attitudes and actions toward me, I feel I must make some corrections to this report. First , Sandy is NOT Richard's mother -- his mother's name is Barbara, and Richard's wife is just like her -- a horrible person. Richard's son is Elliott, NOT Jason. He is an innocent bystander -- just a kid. The phone number listed is no longer in service -- I have a new number. However; as disgusted as I am toward Dagny, Richard's wife, and as disappointed as I am in both of them, I do not believe any allegations of child abuse directed at her. She loves children, even if she doesn't show any love toward her husband's family. She is just weird!
