Richard S. Pike and Angela McGuire-Pike, of 6020 Taurus Ave. NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico, are one of the most fraudulent couples in America. Not only do they have seven cases against them by creditors that they haven't paid but then, they turned around and sued the creditors for "harassing" them for trying to collect on the judgments that Richard and Angela owed them! I guess they figured out that most creditors would rather settle than spend the time and expense to go to Court so they continued to file false/fraudulent lawsuits against creditors and won huge settlements! The cases Richard S. Pike has fraudulently filed in the New Mexico District and Metro Courts are 1:02-cv-00074-JAP-DJS Pike v. Accredited Collections, et al., 1:02-cv-00368-WJ-DJS Pike v. Payment Recovery Services, Inc., 1:08-cv-00111 Pike v. 9-1-19 Company d/b/a Processing & Recovery Systems, 2:08-cv-00112-MV-RHS Pike v. 9-1-19 Company d/b/a Processing & Recovery Systems, 1:09-cv-00466-JCH-GBW Pike v. Allstate Financial Services, Inc., D-202-CV-200200616 Pike Richard v. Easy Money of NM, and D-202-CV-201404189 Pike Richard & McGuire-Pike Angela v. State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company. His wife, Angela C. Mc-Guire-Pike has filed the following fraudulent lawsuits against creditors in the New Mexico District and Metro Courts 1:02-cv-00557-RLP-DJS McGuire-Pike v. Ameri-ck Inc, 1:03-cv-00344-MCA-WDS McGuire-Pike v. Bennett & DeLoney PC, et al., 1:12-cv-00945-MV-ACT McGuire-Pike v. Audubon Financial Bureau et al., and 6:03-cv-01012-MV-LFG McGuire-Pike, et al. v. Check Plus Systems, et al. Have you ever seen one couple file 12 (twelve) - yes, count them, there are twelve! - lawsuits against credit collection and insurance companies??? This gives you an idea of what kind of people they are! They have collected over $200,000 from these fraudulent lawsuits and it's your costs that are going up because of it!

Pike Richard & McGuire-Pike Angela, T-4-CV-20033715 Walker Rocky v. Pike Richard & McGuire-Pike Angela, and T-4-CV-20096181 Albuquerque Homes LLC v. Pike Richard S. & McGuire-Pike Angela, and M-45-CV-200700960 Advance America v. McGuire-Pike Angela. Yes, you read that right also - there are eight (8) companies or individuals who have won judgments against Richard S. Pike and Angela C. McGuire-Pike and you know how many of them saw a penny without getting a garnishment??? None! Can you believe these people could sue twelve (12) creditors and insurance companies and gain over $200,000 in fraudulent funds but won't pay back a penny of what they owe?!? This type of behavior is disgusting and needs to be put out for the whole world to see! It is these kinds of people that are forcing your insurance rates to go up and you to pay more interest for credit! Let's stop them in their tracks!

If you, like many, have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Richard Steven Pike or Angela Christine McGuire-Pike, you will not be surprised to learn that just daysafter the original information was posted about them here they filed for bankruptcy! United States Bankruptcy Court, District of New Mexico, Case No. 14-13365-t7
The funniest part about the whole thing is that, while they are filing bankruptcy (which does mean you're claiming your broke,right?!?) these stupid people are so worried about their image that they list one of their assets as "8 purebred show quality beagles, including 1 grand champion and 4 finished champions". Seriously, who tells 20-some+ creditors "screw you, I'm not paying you but I have 8 "show quality" beagles crapping in my backyard"??? (Oh yeah, and though these "grand champions should easily bring in about $1200 - $1500 each, they have the listed value at $1500 total for all 8 in their bankruptcy petition)
BUT, the news gets even better...turns out, the husband, that would be Richard Steven Pike, filed for unemployment in 2011 (for which he overclaimed and was overpayed $15,500 - does that sound like an accident to you?) and then, when they got sued in 2012, Mr. Pike went back to work for a few measly months before he had a "serious fall" on the job which has resulted in Mr. Pike collecting $30,090 (2012) in fraudulent Worker's Comp, $25,183 (2013) in fraudulent Worker's Comp, and $10,188 (2014) fraudulent Worker's Comp and $31,205 (2014) fraudulent Social Security Disability! Did you make that much the last three years without lifting a finger?
Are we done yet? Of course not! These slick suckers claimed over $81,000 in student loans on their bankruptcy petition but neither one of them has a degree!!! And, no surprise here, they owe $3,550 in back taxes to the Internal Revenue Service! I bet you're shocked about that, huh? The husband, Richard Pike, claims to be completely and totally disabled but claims $1,500 worth of "tools of the trade" for fixing cars and dry walling - $81,000 must pay for quite a degree in dry walling and mechanic work!
If you run into these people, and God forbid you should, run in the other direction is fast as you can. If you don't, they might steal everything you have down to your underwear and then sue you for harassing them to get it back! No joke! We'll keep you updated on the saga that is Richard Steven Pike and Angela Christine McGuire-Pike of Albuquerque, New Mexico but until then, watch your backs - they just might be putting a knife in between your shoulder blades without you even feeling it!
