A multiple sexual underage female teen predator and seducer, the known most recent being a 14 year old in Lee County Alabama, however with others in the past both in Arizona and St. Johns, Newfoundland. This sicko is a psychopathic pathological liar and ex-convict who continues to con innocent folks, particularly the elderly. His usual MO ruse is to get people to believe that his brother committed some crime associated with his mothers estate and supposedly is being investigated and prosecuted. This is the ranting of a “total loon with major personal problems” as described by attorneys. He scams people that don’t know better. Courts have ruled and closed the probate cases, but Bennett continues his life of crime. BEWARE!

The court doesn’t reward crooks and thieves as Bennett should be well aware, but the court does does prosecute. Richard W. Bennett is a multiple felon and has done prison time. This posting is a public service, hoping to help possible victims and keep this dangerous predator/career criminal off the streets. Bennett also claims to be:        Yacht Pilot, Doctor, Lawyer, PhD, Broker, Real Estate Mogul, Financial Counselor, Therapist, etc., that is, whatever anyone would believe inspires him to lie, steal and hurt the innocent.

This person is sank to another low in his useless attacks in disrupting peoples lives to satisfy his hunger to hurt people he claims to care about or is jealous of. His latest effort to hurt or hack is to use skype numbers to mask his identity when hacking peoples cell phones. There are two numbers he is using. The first is a Skype number that if you Google turns out to be a phishing/scam number out of California classified as being a high alert number heavily used to hack and steal personal information or making phony calls claiming that your computer has been hacked and asks for personal information and a fee to undo the damage. That number is 661-748-0240. We have connected Richard Bennett/Wayne Bennett to that number and he has used that number many times to attempt to hack not only my phone but the phone of his once daughter who wants nothing to do with him and is anyone’s guess as to how many others he has done this to.

The other number he is using is 503-481-6331, which is an Oregon number in the name of Randall Brannen. He has connected himself to both numbers when making criminal calls has used the caller ID of bassanddev on both numbers. This has been documented by the authorities as well as others. You need to be aware of both numbers as well as @gmail accounts that you are not aware of that are listed on this site. BEWARE–Do not answer these numbers or emails. He has also been known to remove the caller ID when calling others so be careful and report these numbers if you are contacted by him.

He has also hacked others friend lists on Facebook and opened phony accounts. If you don’t know this person you need to delete and block him on social media sites and on your phones. Change your passwords often and make them difficult to hack by using both numbers and letters. REMEMBER—A professional hacker is not stupid!!!

He has stolen photos on Facebook belonging to others and claiming to have a relationship with family that he doesn’t. He has two Grandchildren he has never seen and probably never will because when given the chance to make amends has proven that he can’t be trusted. Remember that this person is a sexual predator of young girls so if you have young children you want to stay clear of him. He is dangerous and mentally disturbed. BEWARE!
