Richmond City Police Department OF Virginia ripoff Richmond Virginia
On June 2003, I was assulted by an individual on my property when I call Richmond City PD of VA. I press charges on this retarded-psychotic person and Richmond City didn't do not one single thing. It's now June 2006 and they finally decide to press the issue with this person. It's been 3 whole years and they just now doing something about it. Thank God, I move out of the state, I have no fear in this individual what so ever, but these police guards. Yes guard, I think their too dumb to be officers, don't help anyone when you need them. I believe that no one should put their hands on anyone.
If this person was a crazy stalker, I would have either be in jail myself or been set-up to be dead over a stupid arguement. It's been so long ago that I forgot what the arguement was.
If I would had stayed in Richmond and the trial date is in Aug 2020 and I filed in June 2003, who in the hell would remember what happened.
Richmond, VA Police, in which I assume, suppose to protect and service. NOT eat doughnuts and drink coffee at 7-eleven on their shift. They so busy writting tickets and not helping out your tax- paying citizens in the state of VA.
I feel like the whole city of Richmond is run by crooked people and I'm so glad that I finally left.
To anyone that plans to move to Richmond, VA., DON'T!
They don't care about their citizens. But for the ones that commit crimes all day long, Richmond, VA hires them and treat them like gold.

Therefore anyone is allowed to post a response when you file a rip-off report. With that mouth of yours it's no wonder the DA didn't want to pursue this case. I can just imagine your testimony. Every other word would be a curse or something derogatory about the police. Not exactly conducive to winning a case. BTW, how is anyone going to know whether you're a man or a woman when you post as "anonymous". Since one had no way of knowing, saying "this guy" was simply by default.

First of all to the smart a**es from TX and Hawaii, the last time I checked was that I e-mailed my complaint to Rip-off reports...not marc and corey. This guy doesn't have a clue about how the legal system works. Talk about retarded-psychotic. The police just turn the "facts" over to the DA's office in the form of a report. What the DA's office does with it is their business. If you have a problem contact the DA's office. The police have nothing to do with whether the case is acted upon or not. Since you moved, the DA's office is probably wondering if you'll return for any court action. The worse part about the legal system is that IF they were to go to court, his attorney would probably seek a continuance each time you came back to town for any legal action. After 6 or 7 times, he's hoping you'll get tired of it and drop the whole thing. Was suppose to go to court for a case. His attorney got the case extented SEVEN times. The EIGHTH time he didn't show up, so they swore out a warrant for his arrest. That was FIVE years ago. Our legal system has it's problems but it's still the best one out there.
