Rick Allan Cawthorn Jr I Am Looking For him, Father Of Two Sons. Hasn't seen his boys since July 4, 1998. Hasnt called them since 2005. Has never sent them a letter ripoff Gresham Oregon
I am trying to locate Rick Allan Cawthorn, Jr.
His last know whereabouts were attending Mt. Hood Community College, in Gresham, Oregon.
Rick quit his job when the judge ordered that he pay child support and provide medical & dental for his sons.
He though that working at Jack In The Box would stop the child support order.
Guess again. The State of Texas docked his pay.
After many nasty calls to me telling me how he had no gas money or had to buy food with his student loans, he decided to quit Jack In The Box.
Living with a friend of his girlfriend, he applied for federal financial aid and got it.
After I refused to drop the child support request, he stopped calling.
My boys are great kids, but that extra money and help with the medical and dental insurance would be great.
Both boys need braces and I can not even afford the office co-pay to use the insurance I am paying for.
The State of Texas stopped trying to find him a couple of years ago. Now it is up to me.
Rick, you have kids that need your financial assistance.
Visit them if you want, call them, I do not care.
We are looking at $19K plus and growing.
Everyone, this guy will always try to bum money off of you.
He has alienated his entire family with his mooching.
He used to live in San Jose, California, then Redding, California, then Red Bluff, California, etc.
Oh and he used his son's ssn in one of his rental and bail schemes.
He is a creep who does not care about anyone else but himself and his pot pipe.
If you know where he is, please contact the State of Texas, Attorney General's Office.

He has not contacted the boys since 2000. Five years difference. Can't give him an ounce of credit.
