Purchased a 2009 Hyundai Sante Fe Limited from Rick Case Hyundai, Duluth GA in June 2009.  The vehicle delivery was delayed and it was delivered with over 400 miles so the GM offered us 3 free oil changes/gas fill-ups and included the offered services on the delivery contract which all parties signed. 

We brought the vehicle in for the first oil change/gas fill-up on December 8, 2009 without incident.  Scheduled the second oil change for 10am on June 3, 2010 - brought the vehicle in for the service and sat in the waiting room for over an hour.  The service manager then informed me the new GM, Stephan Greunberg (spelling?) would not approve the service.

In my 30-second conversation with Mr. Greunberg, I was told, quite rudely, that he had no interest in honoring the contract.  He said for all he knew I could have forged this agreement and could have come in fifteen times already (although the service records show I had only been in once).  He then said that the previous GM's were too eager to give away "free crap" and he intended to end this practice... at which he tossed the contract to me, hopped on the phone and turned around.

This would lead me to believe that the dealership is not interested in honoring any incentives associated with past sales as he said Rick Case is putting an end to this right now.
